Check-In (30 Minutes Early) – Arrive at our location to ensure a smooth start to your adventure. Waivers & Deposit – Complete the required paperwork and security deposit process. Map & Safety Briefing – Receive an overview of your designated route, safety rules, and trail guidelines. Gear Up – We provide helmets and eye protection for all drivers and passengers. Vehicle Orientation – Learn the basics of operating your Can-Am off-road vehicle. Hit the Trails! – Explore the stunning forest on a thrilling 1-hour off-road adventure. Private Ranch. Please arrive 30 minutes early for waivers and briefing.
This is a fully guided ATV tour. Your experience includes a safety briefing, professional gear, and hands-on vehicle orientation, followed by a guided ride led by experienced tour guides through scenic Florida state forest trails.
No. Our guides will give you a safety briefing and show you how to operate the Can-Am before you hit the trails.
Safety equipment (helmets/eye protection) and free pictures & videos are included.
Closed-toe shoes are required. Bring weather-appropriate clothing and your driver’s license or photo ID.
Renters must be 18+ to rent and operate. Operators need a valid driver’s license/photo ID. Passengers must be 5+ and ride with a parent guardian.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a refund or credit (weather exceptions apply as stated).
Yes — you can book jet skis and ATV experiences with Luxe for the ultimate water + off-road day.

Age

All renters must be 18 years or older to rent and operate a machine. Operators must have a valid driver's license/ photo ID. Passengers under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a guardian. Ages 5+ to ride as a passenger

Reservation

We do require a deposit to hold the reservation, and the final payment is due prior to your rental time.

Cancellation Policy

Same day cancellation WILL NOT receive a refund. If customers cancel their reservation at least 48 hours in advance, they will receive a full refund or credit. Luxe Rentals will also issue a refund or credit if they cancel a reservation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. However, cancellations due to weather will not be accepted if the business is still operating and accepting reservations. Customers are advised to check the weather forecast before booking. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, customers should contact the business by phone. No-shows will be charged the full price of the reservation.

Our off-road rentals provide a thrilling and bumpy ride over rugged terrain. Individuals with medical conditions, including pregnancy, back or neck issues, or other health concerns, should consult their physician before participating. Additionally, those with impaired mobility should consider the physical demands of off-road driving and entry into the vehicle.
